1. Try not to leave too much paint in the paint barrel after working every day. It is best to clean up the remaining paint in the barrel. Bearings and rotating parts should be regularly filled with grease and lubricating oil.
2, high-pressure paint pump and pipeline, etc., should be thoroughly cleaned at the end of the work every day. When not in use for a long time, a small amount of oil can be sucked into the machine after cleaning to prevent the paint pump and pipeline from rusting.
The cleaning steps are as follows:
a Open the drain valve and drain all the paint in the accumulator.
B Open the paint barrel and put the ball valve in the paint barrel, and put all the paint in the paint barrel.
c Close the paint ball valve in the paint barrel and pour the thinner into the paint barrel
D will be inserted into the straw barrel for circulation, clean
e. Start the engine, work the paint pump, and suck in the thinner for circulating cleaning.
F close the release valve, open the spray gun, and let the thinner flush out the coating in the pipeline and spray gun.
g If the first cleaning is not clean, repeat the above steps can be thoroughly washed
I Clean the spray gun and nozzle and apply oil or immerse the nozzle in oil.
3. Replace the hydraulic oil: The hydraulic oil should be replaced every 2000 hours when the marking machine works. If the color of the hydraulic oil turns black, it should be replaced immediately.
4. Oil change: The engine uses 4-stroke gasoline oil, change the oil in the first month or 20 hours, and then change the oil every 6 months or 100 hours.
5. The engine air filter, spark plug, precipitation cup, etc. are cleaned every 6 months or 100 hours.
