Operation Precautions and Troubleshooting of Old Line Removal Machine

1. Check the oil and fuel before starting, if there is any shortage, add it. Check whether the screws of each connection part are loose and tighten them.
2. Lift the quick lifting system and rotate the thickness adjustment handle to make the grinding head leave the ground.
3. Start: Turn on the engine fuel tank switch, close the engine choke, and place the engine throttle in the low-to-medium speed position. Pull the engine start handle by hand to start the engine. Open the engine choke valve and run the engine at low speed for 3-5 minutes without load.
4. Put the engine throttle at medium speed, drop the quick lifting handle, and rotate the thickness adjustment handle to make the grinding head contact the old line to be removed for line removal construction.
5. The polishing thickness should be 1-2mm, and it should not be too large at one time. Once grinding is not clean, it can be repeated.
Precautions
1. The inclination of the gasoline engine shall not exceed 15 °, otherwise the oil at the bottom of the machine will flow into the cylinder head, causing damage to the machine and failing to start. If the above situation occurs, remove the spark plug, pour some gasoline into the cylinder, pull the starting rope to clean the oil in the cylinder, and then start according to the normal procedure.
2, grinding thickness can not be too large, more than 3mm will cause damage to the grinding head.
3. Do not place items on the equipment to increase weight.
4. If there is a phenomenon that one side is thick and the other side is thin, adjust the height of the first two rounds to make the thickness consistent.
