It has a total investment of 0.368 billion yuan and covers an area of 153 acres. It is mainly engaged in road marking paint, road marking equipment, traffic signs, The production and sales of traffic facilities such as sign poles and corrugated guardrails, as well as a system integration service provider for the construction of traffic safety facilities.

The company consists of five subsidiaries: Shandong Avenue Wisdom Transportation Co., Ltd., Shandong Hualong Transportation Facilities Co., Ltd., Shandong Lumei Calcium Industry Co., Ltd., Linyi Kanglu Whole Grain Flour Co., Ltd. and Shandong Lumei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and set up branch factories in Hefei, Changchun, Nanyang, Nanchang, Chuzhou and Xinjiang. In order to further develop the international market, Uzbekistan Lumei Road Transportation Facilities Joint Venture Co., Ltd. was established in Uzbekistan in 2018, it will be officially put into operation in 2019.
The hot-melt, solvent-based, two-component, benzene-free and environmentally friendly, facade reflective, color non-slip and other road marking coatings developed by the company, as well as road marking equipment, sell well in 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, and are exported to Australia, India, the United States, Indonesia, South Africa and more than 20 countries and regions.
