2. Debugging: Open the front post, install the spray gun, adjust the spray gun and the post to be in a straight line, and adjust the spray gun to the required height.
3. Start-up: Stir the paint (road marking paint) evenly into the paint box, and insert the suction pipe of the high-pressure paint pump into the bottom of the paint box.
Open the drain valve of the high pressure paint pump;
Open the engine fuel tank switch, close the engine choke valve, and set the engine throttle to the low-to-medium speed position;
Pull the engine start handle by hand to start the engine;
Open the engine choke valve and run the engine at low speed for 3-5 minutes without load.
4. Cycle: The engine is set at a medium speed, the paint pump can suck the paint in 5-10 minutes, and then cycle for 3-5 minutes. When the temperature is low, the cycle time is appropriately extended.
5. Boost: close the drain valve and wait for 2-3 minutes until the pressure in the high-pressure pipeline reaches the requirements (common pressure 10-15Mpa), then construction can be carried out. Rotate the pressure regulating valve to adjust the working pressure, and rotate the pressure regulating valve clockwise to increase the pressure, otherwise the pressure decreases.
Warning: After the clockwise rotation of the pressure regulating valve stops, be sure to turn 1/4-1/2 turn counterclockwise, otherwise it will cause damage to the equipment.
6. Exhaust: After the hydraulic oil of the paint pump is too small or the paint pump is disassembled, air will enter the oil passage. At this time, the paint pump cannot normally inhale the paint and should be exhausted. The exhaust operation is as follows:
a Add hydraulic oil to the normal level;
B Remove the adjusting handle of the pressure regulating valve, and then you will see a black hexagon pressure regulating screw;
c Turn the pressure regulating screw counterclockwise to stop rotating when it is about to be unscrewed;
d Start the engine, hydraulic oil will flow out of the pressure regulating screw and there will be bubbles in the oil;
e After there is no bubble in the flowing hydraulic oil, gently tighten the pressure regulating screw clockwise, rotate 1/2 circle counterclockwise, install the adjusting handle of the pressure regulating valve, and complete the exhaust.
7. Spraying operation: Push the marking car forward to make the benchmark walk along the setting-out line, hold the control handle with your hand, spray gun to work, and start marking. Release the control handle and the spray gun stops working.
8. Adjustment: During construction, if there is a left-right deviation in the marking, the post and spray gun should be adjusted to the corresponding position. If there is a width error, the height of the spray gun from the ground should be adjusted. If it is high from the ground, the line width will be marked. Otherwise, the line will become narrower. When the nozzle is blocked, the nozzle rotating handle can be rotated 180 ° to spray the blockage, and then rotated back to continue construction.
9. Shutdown: Stop scribing. Open the drain valve, run the engine at low speed and no load for a while, turn off the ignition switch of the gasoline engine, and stop the engine. Suspension of construction can be exempted from this operation.
10. Cleaning: After working every day, use thinner to clean thoroughly, otherwise it will cause blockage and affect the next work. When not in use for a long time,
