Night construction should have reflective clothing, reflective signs, to ensure the safety of construction personnel and engineering.
On-site operators must wear protective equipment (safety helmet, gloves) as required. Hot-melt coating is high-temperature liquid after melting, so it should be strictly prevented from contacting with human body.
Do not overfill the paint to prevent spillage. In particular, the transport should be spilled.
Paint moisture can not be too large, or when heating water evaporation will cause paint overflow kettle.
2. The coating is heated and melted. The finished product of hot melt coating is a solid powder block, which needs to be heated and melted into a liquid with a certain viscosity during construction. Specific methods of operation are as follows:
A check: check the hydraulic oil tank, check the diesel engine fuel, cooling water, engine oil, lack of timely supplement, check the connection parts of the screw is loose and tight.
B Ignition: turn on the main switch of the gas tank, open the valve of the ignition gun, ignite the ignition gun with open flame, adjust the flame of the ignition gun and extend it above the burner at the bottom of the kettle, turn on the gas switch of the burner, and ignite the burner.
Note: Be sure to light the ignition gun and put it into the bottom of the kettle first, then
Turn on the burner switch, otherwise it will cause flames to spray out of the bottom of the kettle, causing burns to personnel.
C start: connect the power line of diesel engine starter to the positive pole of 12v battery and connect the ground wire.
Put the handle of the reversing valve in the middle neutral position;
The throttle of the diesel engine is placed in the low-to-medium speed position, open the pressure reducer; press the engine start button, the starter reaches the speed to release the pressure reducer, and the engine starts. When the temperature is low, it can be started by hand at the same time;
Engine no-load low-speed operation for 3-5 minutes;
When the oil valve reaches the medium speed, pull the hydraulic motor of the reversing valve handle to rotate and start stirring.
D feeding: when starting to dissolve the coating, heat with a small fire and add a small amount of coating. after melting, add new materials to the kettle at the same time, increase the amount of fire and strengthen stirring until the coating in the kettle is completely melted (200
Degree) can normal construction shall prevail.
When there is residual solidified coating in the kettle, it should be heated with a small fire (the fire will burn the coating and change its color),
Do not add new materials. When it starts to melt (150 degrees), start the stirrer to stir forward and backward until it is put into operation and increase the flame.
The heating temperature of the coating should not be too high, and its material tends to deteriorate when heated to above 200 ℃. Deterioration of the material

However, when the construction needs to wait, the temperature should be cooled, and the temperature should be raised when the coating is carried out. When the road surface temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the coating temperature can be controlled at about 180 ℃; if the road surface temperature is lower than 25 ℃, the coating temperature should be controlled at 190-200 ℃, and the marking construction should be carried out.
Adjust the flame size of the burner to control the temperature, and add new materials to reduce the temperature when the temperature is too high.
E discharge: add the melted coating in the kettle into the trolley coating barrel
Inside, the material should be filtered through the filter screen in the trolley paint barrel to prevent impurities from entering.
After work every day, try not to leave too much paint in the kettle.
F engine work should often add cooling water, keep the water level float. When the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the cooling water shall be drained after shutdown to prevent the body from freezing and cracking;
G stop: turn off the burner to stop heating, and drain the melted paint in the kettle as much as possible.
Put the handle of the reversing valve in the middle position, and the hydraulic motor stops working;
The throttle of the diesel engine shall be set at idle speed, and the engine shall be operated at low speed for 1-3 minutes without load;
Shut down the diesel engine throttle.
4. maintenance
1. After working every day, the paint in the hot melt kettle should be cleaned up. Try not to leave too much paint in the kettle. It is best to clean up the remaining paint in the barrel. Bearings and rotating parts should be regularly filled with grease and lubricating oil.
2. Replace the hydraulic oil: the hot melt kettle should be replaced every 2000 hours of work.
Primary hydraulic oil, if the color of hydraulic oil turns black, should be replaced immediately.
3. Change the engine oil: If the engine uses diesel engine oil, the engine oil should be changed according to the instructions. If the color of the engine oil turns black, it should be replaced immediately.
4, direct injection furnace cover should be regularly cleaned dust (remove the outside fixing screws can be removed), spray head blockage with fine iron wire (30 1.2mm) to clean, loose screws for fastening. When the bottom of the spray nozzle leaks, use lead oil and hemp rope to wrap the screw thread and fasten it.
