1. After working every day, the paint pump should be cleaned with special thinner (or toluene, xylene) in time to avoid coagulation and blockage affecting the next use. When not in use for a long time, the high-pressure paint pump should be sucked into the oil for storage after thorough cleaning.
2. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean, the hydraulic oil filter element should be cleaned on time, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time when it is dirty.
3. The sensor is a precision part and should be properly kept. The measuring wheel axle should not be subjected to too much force. The hanger should be lifted when the construction is completed and reversing. When the vehicle is not marked, the sensor should not be installed to prevent damage.
4. When marking to stop the transfer site, the spray gun and adjusting device should be lifted to avoid bumpy damage.
5, before construction should check the engine oil, hydraulic oil, timely supplement.
6. The linear type of the control instrument panel shall be placed in the solid line position when the spray gun is not working.
7. When stopping work, the nozzle knob should be rotated 90 degrees to be vertical to the nozzle to prevent misoperation and avoid condensation of the marking paint in the nozzle.
8. When stopping spraying, the power take-off vehicle should be shifted out of gear to prevent the oil pump and overflow valve from running under high load in non-working conditions, causing the hydraulic oil to overheat.
9. Marking paint and thinner are flammable, and fireworks shall be prohibited.
Construction operation steps
Preparation before spraying:
1) Safety measures. After arriving at the construction site, we must first consider the width of the road, traffic and other factors. Make full use of safety facilities such as signs, warning lights, traffic cones, command flags, etc., and provide traffic controllers to manage pedestrians and traffic to prevent accidents. Construction personnel should wear work clothes with obvious signs and eye-catching colors. Night construction should have reflective clothing, reflective signs, to ensure the safety of construction personnel and engineering.
2. Lofting. First of all, traffic management should be done to ensure the safety of lofting operation. Then measure the position of the marking line, and mark the road surface according to the position indicated in the design drawing and the measuring tools and paint of the figure. After the setting-out is completed, check whether the control meaning contained in the marking pattern can be correctly expressed and whether the driver and pedestrian can be accurately identified. When setting out the marking, the center point of the road shall be measured first, and then the center line shall be determined at intervals of 10-20m. Set the center point every 5-15m along the radius of curvature on the curve section. When it is confirmed that the set center point connection line matches the curvature, the road centerline profile is drawn by connecting each center point. In this way, check forward in sequence, while continuously extending the center line forward, it is also necessary to continuously check with the set center line position.
Open the engine choke valve and run the engine at low speed without load for a while.
B When using the car to take power, step on the car clutch pedal, pull the clutch handle of the power take-off forward, and then release the car clutch.
5. Circulation: open the discharge valve of high-pressure paint pump

After the paint pump inhales the paint, it continues to circulate for 3-5 minutes, and the cycle time is appropriately extended when the temperature is low.
6. Stirring: stir manually until the coating is uniform.
7. Boost: The engine is set at medium and high speed. Close the overflow valve and wait for 2-3 minutes until the pressure in the high-pressure pipeline reaches the requirements. Common pressure: The hydraulic pressure gauge shows a reading of 5-10Mpa. Due to the pressurization of the paint pump, the output pressure of the paint pump is 10-20Mpa. Rotary relief valve can adjust the working pressure, clockwise rotation relief valve pressure increases, otherwise the pressure decreases.
Warning: Do not adjust the pressure too high, otherwise it will cause damage to the equipment.
8. Construction: the pressure in the high-pressure pipeline meets the requirements, and the spraying construction can be carried out after the machine works stably.
9. Linetype control: turn on the power switch of the controller, select the required linetype and press the linetype key to confirm (see intermittent control-select linetype for more information). if the displayed linetype is consistent with the required linetype, this operation can be exempted. Turn on the spray gun switch and the dotted/solid switch of the control instrument, drive the marking vehicle to the starting point of marking, and press the F4 button of the microcomputer control instrument panel or hand-held controller to start marking.
10. Adjustment: during construction, if there is left and right deviation and width of marking line
Degree error, should be timely rotating spray gun adjustment device rotating handle to adjust. If there is a length deviation when covering the old line, it can be adjusted by pressing "+" and "-" to increase by 2cm each time you press "+" and decrease by 2cm each time you press. If the deviation is too large, press F4 to start anew.
11. Color change: this machine is double cylinder, double coating barrel, white and yellow tube

Turn off the current paint pump power switch and turn on another paint pump power switch to change colors.
12. Stop: Press the F4 button to stop scribing. Open the drain valve to reduce the engine.
Throttle, the engine idling for a while, turn the engine stop switch to stop. Turn off the power supply of the hydraulic cylinder, and turn off the main power supply for a long time to avoid excessive discharge of the battery.
When using the car to take power, you should step on the car clutch pedal, pull the clutch handle of the power take-off backward to separate it in a neutral state, and then release the car clutch.
13. Stop work: Take back the benchmark. Lift and secure the hanger. The sensor is a precision component and should be protected from rain, bumps and other conditions.
Under too much pressure, do not use the vehicle on the way to transfer.
14. Cleaning: After working every day, use thinner to clean thoroughly, otherwise it will cause blockage and affect the next work. When not in use for a long time, the oil should be sucked in after cleaning to avoid corrosion.
