The two-component marking coating is divided into four types: spraying, scraping, throwing and protruding. During production and processing, components A and B are separately packaged. During pavement construction, components A and B are added with curing agent on site, and special equipment is used for curing and drying after chemical reaction on the pavement.

Advantage features:

Adhesion: the molecular weight of the monomer before the reaction is small, so that it has a good permeability during polymerization. When the two components react before mixing, the marking line can be firmly combined with the ground.

Wear resistance: two components of the polymerization reaction to form a network molecular structure, the various components of the coating closely combined as a whole, the two components of the formation of the network molecular structure is a large molecular weight of polymer materials, improve the wear resistance of the marking, extend the service life.

Weather resistance: marking does not produce low temperature fracture, high temperature softening, almost no aging in use.

Environmental protection: PMMA is used as the skeleton resin, which is an environmentally friendly product (PMMA resin, which can be used in the production of tableware, sanitary ware, etc.), and has good chemical stability and weather resistance. It is a high solid content coating with low VOC emissions.

Night reflection: the thickness of the marking line can be between 0.6-2.0mm, the best thickness can be selected, and the surface is sprinkled with glass beads, which can have a reflective effect at night.
