Naqu-Lhasa Project in Tibet

Author:

Tanggula Pass, 5231 meters above sea level, the highest point of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway. Ice and snow, life limit, no matter how heavy the wind and snow, no matter how bitter the environment is, but Tibet's "lifeline"-the Qinghai-Tibet Highway is unimpeded all year round in this section. Lumei shoulders the national highway 109 class, which is known as "the first class in the world". The total length of construction from Naqu to Lhasa is 100 kilometers. It not only needs technological innovation and breakthrough, but also needs Lumei's firm belief and wisdom to deal with bad climate, complex terrain and not afraid of hardships and dangers. Lu Meiren and generations of Taoist workers relay stationed in the clouds, guarding the heavenly road with their lives, and singing the hymn of life with dedication at the highest section of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway.
